Family ACCESS has a limited number of openings for Fall 2018. We will be accepting applications for 2019-2020 year in October. Please contact us at (617) 969-5906 or at admissions@familyaccess.org for more information.

Applications:

Family ACCESS accepts applications accompanied by an application fee, on a space available rolling basis-with an admission concentration in January to March for September start date.


Thank you for looking at Family ACCESS Early Learning Center. We hope that you will find the time to explore our website, join an Open House and most importantly come for a tour to see learning in action. The sights, sounds and experiences that a tour of Family ACCESS provides is the best reflection of our program and approach. We look forward to welcoming you!
Admissions is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Completed applications should be submitted along with a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. Family ACCESS offers three admissions tracks:

  • Early Admissions:
    Early Admissions applications are designed for Current Returning Families and NEW INFANT Families only. Applications are received and reviewed on a rolling basis from November 1-January 15th each year. Admissions decisions are made within 15 days of the receipt of an application. A completed enrollment contract and non-refundable deposit are due within 7 days of acceptance. If you choose not to submit a contract and deposit, your child can be considered again as part of regular or extended admissions.
    Eligible groups: Current families planning to return and new infants.
    Required paperwork: Application & $25 fee.
    Application deadline: January 15
    Acceptance Notification: 15 days after receipt.
    Contract and Deposit Deadline: 7 days after acceptance.
  • Regular Admissions:
    Regular Admissions applications are for NEW Families to Family ACCESS and must be submitted by January 20th. Acceptance letters are sent on February 16th. A completed enrollment contract and non-refundable deposit are due within 7 days of acceptance.
    Eligible groups: New toddler and preschool families.
    Required paperwork: Application & $25 fee.
    Application deadline: January 30
    Acceptance Notification: No Later than February 16.
    Contract and Deposit Deadline: 7 days after acceptance.
  • Extended Admissions:
    If spaces become available, Family ACCESS will accept and admit students on a rolling basis. A completed enrollment contract and non-refundable deposit are due to secure your spot.
    Eligible groups: All new families based on available space.
    Required paperwork: Application & $25 fee.
    Application deadline: Rolling after February 16.
    Acceptance Notification: As space is available.
    Contract and Deposit Deadline: 7 days after acceptance.
